You’ll practice the original Bikram Yoga sequence – 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises –in a

40°C heated room, over 90 minutes. Practicing twice a day, you’ll challenge your body, quiet

your mind, and build resilience from within.

Between effort and stillness, you’ll experience the contrast of heat and cold – from sauna

sessions to ice baths – supporting recovery, clarity, and a deeper reset.

Alongside the physical practice, you’ll be guided through posture clinics and moments of

stillness – held by nourishing food, nature, and space to breathe.
