Yes, this is present and is free. The Wifi is also present at all of the outside areas on the resort. The WIFI code will be given at your arrival.
Yes, we have a parking lot at the resort with camera surveillance.
You can leave your waste at the waste disposals of the council. You will find these next to the roads. You can also download the "waste map" on our website (see downloads) to find the nearest waste disposal.
The nearest recycling point is in Silves, next to the Aldi.
No, unfortunately due to high fire risk we can't allow any open fire's.
The Adli in Silves is the nearest supermarket. They have fresh bread during the whole day.
You can also find a Lidl and a Continente in Silves.
The Continente has a larger range of products and also brand items.
No, there is no restaurant or supermarket present at the resort. Guests need to take their own food and beverages to their accommodation.
No, unfortunately no pets are allowed.
We kindly ask you not to feed any "wild" animals, to prevent them coming back for feeding every day.

No, there is no lifeguard present. The safety of children, nearby the swimmingpool, ice bath and jacuzzi is the responsibility of the parents or supervisors. Children under the age of 12 years or children without swimming skills are not allowed unsupervised nearby the swimmingpool, ice bath or jacuzzi.
No Music is allowed at the shared facilities and lounge areas.
You may listen to music at your own accommodation, however we kindly ask all guests to avoid loud noises to respect the peace and quiet of all guests.
In case of an emergency
The resort has to be evacuated immediately in case of a wild fire. Management will follow fire procedures to assure security of the guests and the accommodations. GUESTS NEED TO EVACUATE the resort IMMEDIATELY, in case of any wildfire, even if this is in a range of 5km, do NOT hesitate, evacuate the resort.
A first-aid kit is provided in each lodge and villa.

SPA & LOUNGE FACILITIES
Yes, you may use all Spa facilities during your stay. The infra-red sauna can be controlled onsight. The Finish sauna is controled through a wifi system from the outside, by the manager. Please send the manager a text if you would like to use the Finish sauna. Please consider that request of use after 21.00 may not be able.
No, unfortunately we have no day Spa at the moment. The spa facilities can be used during your stay in one of the accommodations.
We have 12 sunbeds available next to the pool.
We have 4 large swinging/shade beds. Each accommodation has it's own swinging bed.
There is a max. of 6 persons. Please use a towel underneath your body to protect the seatings and to respect everybody's hygiene.
Please turn off the infra-red sauna when you are done, we appreciate your help!
Please send a message to the manager once you are done at the Finish sauna, we appreciate your help!
The Finish sauna will be turned of automatically after 90 minutes.
Be careful entering the cold bath, using the steps. If cooling down after the use of the sauna, please cool down the entire body, as well as your head to prevent headaches.
We kindly ask all guests to take a shower before taking use of the jacuzzi.
We also ask any guest not to change the water temperature of the jacuzzi.
Please place the cover after using the jacuzzi. We thank you for your help!
EXTRA SERVICES
Yes, you we have BBQ available for your accommodation. The cleaning and renting costs of the usage of this BBQ is 50 euro’s per week or per stay.
Yes, if desired we can deliver in the morning between 8.30 and 9.30 fresh bread and pasteries at your accommodation. You can find a list of possible fresh items at your accommodation. We kindly ask you to send the list with required items the evening prior to your request to the Moodz Whatsapp.
GUESTS, CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is at 15.00 until 17.00 o'clock. Check out is the latest at 11.00 o'clock. Early check in or late check out is only possible in agreement with the management.
IMPORTANT in case you have a CHECK IN coming up:
We kindly ask you to inform the management with a specific arrival time, as they will wait especially at the resort for your arrival.
If your check-in is after office hours, then please inform the owners previously so a self check in is possible and explained.
No, there is no reception 24/7. Moodz crew will be present every morning for questions and for daily cleaning of the Spa facilities. In case of any emergent questions you are able to contact the owners through WhatsApp. Please consider office hours.
Unfortunately it is forbidden to have any other guests that are not on the reservation. Extra day guests and guests staying overnight are both not accepted.
We recommend to drink bottled water. We have a welcoming package ready in the fridge of your accommodation before your arrival. Welcome at Moodz!
Welcoming package:

- 1x bottle of wine
- 2 x beers
- 1 x package of nuts.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Yes, we have 1 bath towel, 1 large bath towel, a hammam towel and a bathrobe per guest available at the accommodation.
Yes, all beds are made before your arrival.
Yes, we have shampoo, conditioner and soap available at all the accommodations.
Every accommodation has it’s own hairdryer.
We have an airconditioning unit in every lodge to warm the lodge for evening and night usage.
We have an extra blanket in each lodge in case of need.
We have an airconditioning unit in every lodge to cool the lodge for evening and night usage. During the day it is preferred not to use the airconditioning but to open up all the front sides of the lodges. We kindly ask you to use the aircondintioning unit only at night.
We have extra fans in each lodge to assure more comfort.
Yes, you may use the fireplace in the villa. Wood can be bought at the Continente, Leroy Merlin or Maxmat.
YOGA
Yes, we have 20 yoga mats. We also have yoga blocks. During your stay you might use these.
Yes, this is no problem. Please do return the Yoga mat when you are done.
WATER & DRINKWATER
We recommend to drink bottled water. The water is filtered, so you don't have to worry about taking a shower or about brushing your teeth.
During the Summer there is indeed a shortage of water supply in the Algarve, so please remind this when taking a shower. So we kindly ask you to take short showers.
RETREATS
Yes, this is possible! Several retreats are hosted throughout the year. Different retreats, hosted by different partners, mostly based on Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing and Coaching Sessions.
The luxury of the resort and it’s spa facilities, in combination with the fantastic energy that is present at the resort, provides the perfect basis for a high-end retreat.

Payments & refundable deposits
Through your personal booking page
You will find it trough the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation. Here you can view your invoice and pay (the deposit) online.
I agree to our terms and conditions, the deposit (35% of the total amount) must be paid within 12 hours, otherise we are unfortunaltely forced to cancel the booking.
- The final 65% of the payment can be done 35 days before arrival.
- If you arrive within 35 days of booking, you must pay the total amount at once.
We use Mollie Payments. Payments can be done with Visa, Creditcard, Mastercard, American Express, Sofort Banking, Sepa, Bancontact, Ideal, KBC, Belfius and Paypal.
The refundalbe deposit charged for the villa is 500 €, this should be paid in cash at your arrival.
The refundalbe deposit charged for the lodge(s) is 300 € each, this should be paid in cash at your arrival.
We will return the refundable deposit by banc transfer within 5 days, if the accommodation is left in neat state and no items are broken.
