We are thrilled to be hosting our first overseas residential Yoga & Pilates retreat in Portugal.

Join us for a transformative 5-night Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates immersion in beautiful Portugal. Set within a stunning private villa surrounded by nature, this truly luxurious retreat offers the perfect balance of dedicated practice, restoration and deep relaxation. The newly built Yoga Shala has been designed specifically for heated practice, and we will also enjoy some classes outdoors to make the most of the tranquil setting and warm Portuguese sunshine.
